Information pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No.196 / 2003 on the processing of personal data.

For the purposes of registration, to the subsequent use of online services, including services newsletter, sms, booking and online counseling you will be required to provide certain personal information, including sensitive data, which will be handled in compliance the provisions of the Decree of 30 June 2003, n. 196 and subsequent modifications and integrations.
In application of the above mentioned law, pursuant to art. 13, we inform you that:

The acquisition of data that can be applied is a prerequisite for the provision of the requested service.
The sensitive personal data collected and stored by the company owner of this website, will be handled by employees of the holder of the treatment as being responsible and, if it has not been given express permission, will not be released to third parties, except when required by this policy and / or law and, anyway, in the manner permitted by this.

In relation to the commitments made, the company will be the only person authorized to send information to the customer.
The person concerned may exercise their rights under Art. 7 of the above Decree, and in particular: obtain confirmation of the existence of their personal and sensitive data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.

Obtain information:
origin of the personal and sensitive data.
The purposes and methods of treatment.
The logic applied in case of treatment with electronic instruments.
The identity of the owner, manager or categories of persons to whom the personal and sensitive data may be communicated or who can learn about them as being responsible.

Get:
The update, correction or, when the customer has an interest, the integration of data.
The cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.
The confirmation that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data was communicated or disclosed except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means disproportionate to the protected right.

Object, in whole or in part:
For legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes.
To the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials, newsletters, SMS or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
The rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 can be exercised by contacting the present society.

At any time, by exercising the right to withdraw from all the services required, the customer can obtain the complete cancellation of all data provided. In that case, the company will retain only the data whose conservation is required by legal obligations.
